6bd Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms & Conditions

6bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 6bd and its members ("you" or "user").

These Terms & Conditions were prepared in Bengali with our Bangladeshi members in mind. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall take precedence. 6bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

All services provided by 6bd are for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting should not be regarded as a source of income.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create and use an account on 6bd:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Residents of regions where 6bd does not operate are not permitted to create an account.
• You may be required to submit a National ID or passport along with proof of address for verification.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your 6bd account. Never share your username or password with anyone.

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 6bd support immediately.
• 6bd is not liable for any loss resulting from a stolen password or hacked account, unless the breach was caused by a fault in our systems.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

By logging in to 6bd, you confirm that you are the account holder and take full responsibility for all activity on the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6bd supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• All payments must be made through a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Making or receiving payments through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• 6bd may request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. VIP members receive faster processing.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 6bd, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the match or event is cancelled.
• If you lose connection during live betting, your bet will be automatically saved in the system.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• 6bd reserves the right to void any bet placed by exploiting incorrect odds or system errors.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event, and 6bd may adjust them at any time.
• If one leg of an accumulator or combo bet is voided, that leg will be removed from the multiplier.

6bd is committed to ensuring fair play at all times. If any irregularity is detected in a match or event, the outcome of the relevant bet will be reviewed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering multiplier — typically 5x–20x — must be met.
• Bonus funds cannot be used across all markets — specific bet types and minimum odds requirements may apply.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, or address.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 6bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6bd and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting odds arbitrage or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports corruption of any kind.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or attempting to attack the platform's systems.

8 Responsible Betting

6bd believes in responsible betting and encourages all members to play within their limits.

• You can set deposit limits, loss limits, or betting limits at any time.
• To request a Cooling-off period or permanent Self-exclusion, please contact our support team.
• You are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access or use your account.
• If you notice signs of problem gambling, please seek professional help.

10 Service Suspension & Account Closure

6bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• When unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided.
• During scheduled technical maintenance or system upgrades.
• When services need to be restricted due to legal or regulatory requirements.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be refunded to the member. However, if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Dispute Resolution
